By accessing and using Rentable's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose safety risks to other users.

3. Property Listings

3.1 Landlord Responsibilities

• You must own or have authorization to list the property
• All information must be accurate and current
• Photos must accurately represent the property
• You must disclose all significant property issues
• Listings must comply with local housing laws

3.2 Prohibited Listings

The following are not permitted on Rentable:

• Properties you don't own or have authority to list
• Duplicate or fake listings
• Properties with discriminatory rental terms
• Illegal or unsafe housing

4. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Scrape or collect user data
• Impersonate other users or entities

5. Verification

Rentable conducts identity and property verification to maintain platform trust. By using our services, you consent to verification checks and agree to provide necessary documentation.

6. Fees and Payments

Rentable is currently free for all users. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features in the future, with advance notice to users.

Rentable does not process rental payments. All financial arrangements are made directly between landlords and tenants.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rentable provides its platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, conduct of users, or outcomes of rental transactions. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rentable is not liable for any damages arising from use of our platform, disputes between users, property conditions, or financial losses. Our role is limited to facilitating connections between landlords and tenants.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Rentable, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Rentable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users retain rights to their own content but grant Rentable a license to use it on the platform.

10. Disputes

Disputes between users should be resolved directly. Rentable may provide mediation assistance but is not responsible for resolving legal disputes. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
