How to mark a property as rented

When a tenant moves in, mark the listing as rented. It disappears from search, stops receiving inquiries, and stays in your dashboard so you can relist it when it frees up again.

    Open your properties

    On the website, open your owner dashboard and go to My Properties. In the app, open My Properties from your profile.

    Find the live listing

    Switch to the Live tab (works from Paused too).

    Mark it rented

    Click Mark Rented (web) or tap Rented (app) on the property card, then confirm.

    Done

    The listing moves to the Rented tab. Tenants can no longer find it in search, and new inquiries are blocked.
